Spurred on by his daughter, who demanded he fix the mess the world is heading for, he and his partners at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers embarked on a greentech world tour -- surveying the state of the art, from the ethanol revolution in Brazil to Wal-mart's (!) eco-concept store in Bentonville, Arkansas. KPCB is investing $200 million in green technologies to save the planet and make a profit to boot. But, Doerr fears, it may not be enough.

If you haven't heard, Tirion Fordring is reforming the Silver Hand. That's so much bad assery in that statement alone. Other paladins in hiding coming back... ex-Crusaders coming back... it's pretty much like if Obi-wan from the original trilogy decided to reform the Jedi Order instead of having a suicide duel with Darth. You'd have to step back and be like "Whoa... Obi... you're too much for me." And if you liked the trailer for the new Terminator, youll somewhat like this... depending on how genius you think switching out Scourge for Skynet is... WHICH IT SO IS, HUH.
